Job Description: Finance Processing Specialist

Overview

Alpeak Capital Inc. is seeking a self-motivated professional to join our operations team in Canada and the United States. As a growing finance-processing organization, we support clients that depend on accurate payment handling, timely reconciliation, and strong communication across departments. This role is available immediately and is structured to help the selected candidate build practical experience quickly under defined supervision standards.

Responsibilities

The Finance Processing Specialist supports transaction workflows for small and medium-sized business clients. The role includes receiving payment instructions, validating required data, coordinating internal routing, and confirming completion through established tracking procedures. During the probation period, the specialist works directly with a manager who provides detailed operating instructions, quality checks, and regular feedback cycles. This role can be performed from the candidate’s city of residence, subject to compliance and operating requirements.

Qualifications (Entry-Level Position)

Strong communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, and organized multi-tasking ability. Candidates should demonstrate practical problem-solving, process discipline, and readiness to handle multiple priorities without compromising quality.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED required. College-level education is preferred. Prior exposure to logistics, operations support, finance administration, or data-handling roles is an advantage, but motivated entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Other Skills

Ideal candidates show sound judgment, accountability, and professional written communication. Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is expected. Time management and confidentiality awareness are essential for this position.

Compensation and Work Structure

Full Time: $35.85 per hour | $5,416 monthly
Part Time: $33.65 per hour | $2,692 monthly
